After reportedly spending $100 million on their first lawsuit against HTC, it isn't hard to imagine that Apple hasn't spent over $1 billion on their bid to destroy many of their android competitors.
2012 didn't start too smoothly for Apple, A Dutch court this week denied Apple's request to ban the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the Netherlands, Kodak has filed a lawsuit against Apple and the corporation has lost the iPad trademark in China. On top of the embarrassment of losing many court battles and boosting Galaxy Tab sales, Apple still seems to be in the "suing mood"; alleging that Samsung has violated their "Slide to Unlock" patient.
I thought that the lawsuits against Samsung and Apple were coming to an end, I guess not.
